All items we sell are hand made, so once your item is completed it will ship using the fastest service available at the time of your order.


  • Please be sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit, that we did not ship. Retain tracking details for your records.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed so be sure to update your email on file if applicable. Additionally, please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed to the original tender type or store credit if applicable.
  • Items purchased on clearance (or 20% off or more) are final sale. If an item that is non-returnable is shipped back to us anyhow, you WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
  • Items that are part of a sale or purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


  • Items must be returned within 14 days and received by our warehouse. If items are returned later, you will receive 50% of your original purchase price in store credit, if it is in fact, a qualifying purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, washed or dirtied.
  • Items must have all tags attached, be free from any foreign odors & hairs.
  • If your original order received free shipping, there will be an $8 fee for your return which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Items purchased online can be mailed back to us or returned in store. Returns in store require 3 to 5 days for processing and will not be immediately processed.
